  The worst hostel I have ever been in. We came to Milano and had problems with our booking. We asked in the station for alternatives and they guided us to The Monastery Hostel as "one of the most comfortable hotels in Milano". I keep some memories from our stay. They include: the trashcan was overflowing and made it smelly in the kitchen ... to my astonishment the employee comes and puts deodorant on the trash. During breakfast, the next day, they served us one croissant and said it was "enough for breakfast" and that we were not allowed to eat more. During breakfast the coffeemachine was leaking a brownish fluid onto the floor and nobody seemed to care. Awful experience.

  A great hostel, you'll love it here. You get a lot of things, the receptionists are helpful and nice, the rooms are great, the kitchen is also quite good. All in all, for the money you give them, you get overall great service.

  Clean and cozy place. Host was nice too. It was a little bit hard to find but I had nice expirence.
