  La peggior filiale Unicredit in cui sia stata. Ogni volta, per la consulenza, minimo un'ora di attesa. Sempre. A qualsiasi ora. Q

  First of all I wanna make clear that unicredit is one of my favorite bank in Italy , Oh boy! But unicredit branch is one of the baddest I've ever seen , There customer service sucks , they treat people based on race . I moved from treviso to verona about a year ago . since I'm away from from my bank I wanted to change the branch to verona, I went there provide all the documents and etc ... And the guy gave me appointment after 4 days to take my new iban , A day before the appointment he called me again and told me to come after a week . So I went there after a week . But he was not there, I called and called in the afternoon , but the secretary keep telling me he is not there , he is busy ,He is out ,he will call you back leave your number . But for 2 weeks now , nothing ! So I went to check how many days it will take in other branches guess what ,1 day maximum 2 days ,to change your branch... I'm out of words I don't know what to say ... God knows what will be there excuse ... So I definitely will not recommended this branch . NOT THE BANK! JUST THIS BRANCH
