Professional and decent service. The car had minor issues (the horn didn't work). I would still recommend it for good price and ease of service.

Awful service. The day of the strike, we were stuck in CRAZY traffic, and returned the car between 10-30 minutes late (because the man behind the desk gave us false information regarding the return time). We called from the way when we understood what's going on the streets. They charged us for another FULL day :(

My wife and I were traveling to southern Italy on holiday, and needed to get a rental car after taking the train into Naples from Rome. Our main objective: avoid spending time on the streets of Naples, especially with our luggage, as we'd been warned by several people about the city. We found the rental office easily enough, but there wasn't enough room inside the office for both of us, our luggage, and the other customers in line. My young, beautiful wife had to wait outside on the street with our luggage for around 40 minutes while I checked in for our reservation that we'd made months ago. Next, we were given a map of where to go to pick up our car; I was told we would then have to go to a parking garage next to a Ramada hotel to get our car. So, we grabbed all of our luggage, and started walking down the street. After a couple of wrong turns through a pretty dicey area (the map I was given could have been a little clearer), I was approached by a grizzly, bearded guy in his early 30s in baggy jeans and a yellowed white tee-shirt. He kept saying "Budget"... I figured he had picked up on where to intercept tourists on their route to find their rental car, and was looking to rob us. We went through this awkward exchange where I was trying to brush past him and ignore him, and he kept trying to flag me down, when finally he held out a set of keys. "Oh! You want to GIVE me a car, not steal one from me. Okay." This guy had no indication by appearance that he worked for Budget. Not even a laniard. So he gives us the keys and tells us to get in the car. Okay. The car is on the street, not in a garage, and this is clearly a no-parking lane. I know this because as soon as I get in the car, a bus behind me is honking its horn at me while I'm trying to figure out how to turn the car on (it's one of those new remote-start button-push ignitions), and my wife is trying to find the address for our destination and then figure out how to plug it into the GPS. After holding up Neapolitan traffic for 5-10 minutes, we were finally on our way after spending an hour and a half on the street with our luggage. After a few days of driving in southern Italy (a harrowing experience in and of itself), I have to re-fuel the car and return it this morning, and then figure out how to get to the airport from the train station with our luggage... nothing in the materials that were given to me say anything about when the rental car return garage is open in the morning, so I'm not sure how close I'll have to cut it with my flight in order to return the car.

Difficult to get into. Can't tell the difference between people on the street and people who work at budget. No signage for where you actually drop the car and the traffic, if you are not used to it, is insane.

Pro: Staff were friendly and the check-in location was convenient to the train station. Cons: the line to check-in was long and slow, and the car pick-up location was 1/2 km away.
