::This location is very confusing to find and doesn’t have any place to drop keys for after hours.

::Helpful staff but the place where you pick up cars was a little confusing. All they need is a small sign. The only reference there is, is the guy wearing a yellow t shirt, who disappears to collect the cars. Everyone picking up a car was confused. The place is to the right of the bus station inside the car park.

::Service guys were nice but the car was filthy both inside and out. Fast food wrappings and a lovely smokey aroma filled the inside of the car. The outside looked as though it had just finished a WRC stage. Great location to pickup a car none the less. Off the train and in a car within 15 minutes. Getting out of Naples takes no time at all.

::Helpful and attentive staff, although signage could be better as to where to collect the car. The pickup point is not flagged, but it's basically next to the bus station and you should see some guys wearing the yellow Hertz jackets.

::the guys dont speak english. I hired the portable wifi service without knowing that the car had GPS adn when I asked them to cancel the service they didnt know how to do it, so I had to pay it. It sucks
