::-1 to 0 star!! The worst experience i have ever had for customer service. I had booked through Travelocity and was supposed to pick up a small car for $167 already with the insurance. I got there charged me $500 for 24 hours plus a second insurance! There was no reserved car, waited for 2 hours, rude staff, blamed me for booking through Travelocity. I told them they should honor what was reserved when they took the insurance already. I said if you are going to do business at least be honest and do not lie about it . If you do not want to take reservations using Travelocity, then do not!! They basically use Travelocity to get customers, and when you get to their office ,make you wait and pretend there was a "reservation" . When you are a tourist and you have a deadline, you became so desperate but that you will just take their pity of a service while getting robbed out of your money in your face. When i complained about this service there were no manager and told me to call the budget in UK! Unbelievable!

::Budget service. The wait to get a car here is a joke. We waited almost an hour and half to pick up our car for which we had a reservation! I would never suggest this location to anyone travelling through Florence... It was a horrible experience and we weren't the only ones that were livid with the level of service provided. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else!

::if I could give this place NEGATIVE stars. It bloody deserves it. They claimed damage that happens before the Car hire. PLEASE VIDEO AND PHOTO YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING HERE. The attendants are purposely wanting to find anything to make you pay further. Avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were billed €189 for damage we did not do. Guess the attendants are after your $

::I was wondering why there was a bad rating. Honestly the service is fabulous despite the number of people waiting to rent a car like me. The staff trying there best to close the queue ASAP. The car I deliver was new and clean. Thanks Budget.
